Drawing from a robust background in financial engineering, he boasts a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, with significant roles in large manufacturing and global IT companies.

In his most recent role as Associate Vice President - Finance at Cranes Software, a publicly listed IT product company, Henry played a pivotal role in overseeing both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. His leadership was instrumental in successfully navigating the post-acquisition phase. Additionally, he demonstrated his adeptness in securing substantial funds for acquisitions and fostering company growth through debt funding, ECBs, and other short-term financial instruments.
